GoBharat – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the GoBharat app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Eligibility

• The app is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful and fair purposes.
• Fraud, duplicate accounts, or providing false information is prohibited.
• Keep your login ID and password secure and confidential.

4. Company Responsibilities

GoBharat is a platform that connects users with service providers (e.g., jobs, travel, rentals, local services). We do not control or guarantee the quality, timing, availability, or actions of any third party.

5. Privacy Policy

• We keep users' personal information secure.
• Data is used only to deliver and improve app services.
• Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

6. Payments & Transactions (if applicable)

• For paid services, users must use a valid payment method.
• Refunds follow the company's refund policy and applicable guidelines.
• The company is not responsible for unauthorized or failed transactions.

7. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The GoBharat app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or financial loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of material changes via in‑app notifications or email.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Malegaon, Maharshtra, India, 423203.

1. शर्तों की स्वीकृति

GoBharat ऐप इंस्टॉल या इस्तेमाल करते ही आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। अगर आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया ऐप का उपयोग न करें।

2. उपयोगकर्ता पात्रता

• यह ऐप 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए है।
• उपयोगकर्ता अपनी दी गई जानकारी की सही होने की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं लेते हैं।

3. उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारियाँ

• ऐप का उपयोग केवल कानूनी और उचित उद्देश्यों के लिए करें।
• धोखाधड़ी, डुप्लिकेट अकाउंट बनाना या गलत जानकारी देना प्रतिबंधित है।
• अपना लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें।

4. कंपनी की जिम्मेदारियाँ

GoBharat एक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है जो उपयोगकर्ताओं को सेवा प्रदाताओं (जैसे जॉब्स, ट्रैवल, रेंटल, लोकल सर्विसेज) से जोड़ता है। हम किसी तीसरे पक्ष की गुणवत्ता, समय पर उपलब्धता या उनके कार्यों के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।

5. गोपनीयता नीति

• हम उपयोगकर्ताओं की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
• डेटा का उपयोग केवल ऐप की सेवाएँ देने और सुधारने के लिए किया जाता है।
• कानून द्वारा आवश्यक होने पर छोड़कर, बिना अनुमति के व्यक्तिगत डेटा किसी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ साझा नहीं किया जाएगा।

6. भुगतान और लेनदेन (यदि लागू हो)

• पेड सेवाओं के लिए मान्य भुगतान तरीका उपयोग करें।
• रिफंड कंपनी की नीति और दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार होगा।
• अनधिकृत या असफल लेनदेन के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

7. खाता समाप्ति

यदि कोई उपयोगकर्ता इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करता है तो कंपनी उसका खाता निलंबित/समाप्त कर सकती है।

8. दायित्व की सीमा

ऐप “जैसा है” और “उपलब्धता के अनुसार” के आधार पर प्रदान किया जाता है। किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान, डेटा लॉस या वित्तीय नुकसान के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।

9. शर्तों में बदलाव

कंपनी किसी भी समय शर्तें अपडेट कर सकती है। महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव की सूचना ऐप नोटिफिकेशन या ई‑मेल के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।

10. लागू कानून

यह समझौता भारत के कानून के अधीन है। किसी भी विवाद का अधिकार क्षेत्र मालेगांव, महाराष्ट्र, भारत, ४२३२०३ की अदालतों में होगा।
